Locally sourced, house butchered, smoked and grilled steaks to share
Thank you for your interest in our Steak Dinner Experience! This unique event combines the skill of slow-cooked craft barbecue with the atmosphere of a live-fire steakhouse to create a refined and deeply rooted dining experience.
Our Steak Experience runs Thursday through Sunday nights. Due to limited dining space, reservations fill up quickly. If you do not see an opening for your preferred date, please utilize the waitlist by clicking the “Notify Me” box on our OpenTable reservation page. Reservations open on a rotating daily basis 90 days in advance, starting at midnight CST.
This full service special experience features locally sourced steaks, butchered and aged in-house. Our team pre-selects steaks based on party size and current inventory. Steaks are priced at $75/lb and average between 2.5 and 3.5 lbs each. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the main entrance and taken to your table. A dedicated server will help curate a meal that includes optional appetizers, salads and vegetables as well as our most popular BBQ meats. Texas-based wines—including highly rated selections from French Connection and William Chris Vinyards—and a local selection of beers are also available to accompany your meal at an additional cost.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. A $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged to your card if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your reservation. This fee goes to pay for the cost of your steak- which takes time to prepare.
We recommend a 20% gratuity for our service team. Sales taxes will be added to your final bill, which can be paid for at the end of your steak experience. We are happy to split checks.

$1500 food minimum for pre-orders priced by weight and quantity
$5500 full service catering minimum priced per person based on menu selections
